The analysis of Roy Jakobs in the Financieel Dagblad is clear and recognisable. Jakobs, who himself won the Young Captain Award in 2011, sees the Dutch breeding ground for future CEOs deteriorating.
Fortunately, we also see a bright spot: the Netherlands produces an amazing dose of young administrative talent every year. The level of participants in our Young Captain program seems to be increasing every year.
