Partners, companies and participants in our initiative: thanks to your involvement, 2025 has been another fantastic Young Captain year.
We are proud, because this year, too, we have welcomed another generation of up-and-coming leaders. After a substantively strong program in Garderen and after intensive judging by judges with established names from business and academia, we were able to honor three exceptional talents. The festive Award ceremony in De Duif in Amsterdam was the end of a valuable and exciting process.
2025 is almost over and we are already looking ahead. We will continue with our mission full of energy: developing new leadership. In the new year, we would like to meet talents who are already making a difference in their organization and who are ready to take on the big challenges.
Once again, we challenge organizations from across the business community to delegate their greatest young talents. Whether it's established names in banking, insurance or industry, or innovative scale-ups, fintechs and other fast-growing newcomers: Young Captain Netherlands welcomes them with open arms. Together, we are building a new entrepreneurial leadership in the Netherlands.
In the new year, LinkedIn will remain the platform where we keep our stakeholders informed about the Young Captain process, the new participants and the insights and experiences of alumni and other stakeholders. So please keep following us. With our partners and with all (future) participants, we will make 2026 another meaningful and inspiring year. We go for it!
