Young Captain Netherlands is working full of energy on what will be another inspiring top year for developing new leadership. In 2026, as in each of the previous years, we hope to meet the next generation of leaders.
In 2025, we saw what happens when talent, ambition and character come together. Young leaders developed and strengthened each other under the Young Captain umbrella.
Again this year, we would like to welcome a wide group of participants. Young professionals from various organizations, from established names, but certainly also from young, emerging growth companies. Future leaders, who are already manifesting themselves in their organizations today. People who take responsibility, give direction and make an impact. Based on their skills and experience, but especially on their personality and values.
With pride and confidence, we are committed to their development. It is an honorable task to supervise these young, promising candidates. To give them, in close cooperation with the partners of Young Captain Netherlands, baggage for the challenges that the Netherlands and the business community face.
